Data we process
What you send us through the contact form: name, email, phone, country, type of enquiry and any information you add (such as club, position or video links). To prevent abuse we temporarily store a hashed identifier of your IP address.
Player profiles include sporting and image data published with the player's consent or, for minors, their parents' or guardians' consent.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, manage any resulting professional relationship and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Legal basis
Argentina (Law 25,326): your free, express and informed consent. European Economic Area (GDPR): consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interest in site security (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Retention

Providers and transfers
The site is hosted by Hostinger and fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers. Some providers may process data outside Argentina or the EEA under the safeguards required by law. YouTube videos only load if you press play.
Your rights

Profiles of players under 18 are published only with written consent from their parents or guardians, without personal social media, and all contact goes through their agents. If you are a minor, please ask a responsible adult to contact us.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: encrypted connection (HTTPS), enquiries stored outside the public directory and restricted team access.
